I am a Registered 200 Hours Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). I did my teacher training in Dallas, TX. I teach mainly Vinyasa Yoga: a dynamic flow class, with a variation of asanas to strengthen body and mind. Vinyasa means 'connection of movement and breath'. Through the use of creative sequences, I prepare my students for more advanced postures like arm balances, intense hip openers and backbends. I teach from beginners to intermediate levels and to a diverse range of people: men/women, and teenagers/adults. I can't wait to see you on the mat! Check out my schedule below!
